    The Washington State Patrol has identified the man killed in a one-car accident that took place Friday, Sept. 13, seven miles south of Davenport on State Route 28. In a news release, State Patrol officials said that at approximately 11:34 a.m., 49-year-old Leon D. Tabor of Spokane was traveling westbound near milepost 123 when the 2007 Ford Fusion he was driving left the highway towards the south side.     Washington State Patrol officials have identified the pedestrian who was struck and killed in a hit and run accident late Tuesday night on Interstate 90 in Spokane. According to a Sept. 11 release, 26-year-old Yannel D. Mignonsin was walking westbound in the lanes of travel near milepost 282 at the Hamilton Street exit at approximately 10:47 p.m. He was subsequently struck by an unknown vehicle that then left the scene.     Life-long Cheney resident Clifford Lee (Cliff) Tiedt passed away at his home on Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019, at the age of 63 from brain cancer.
