    TEKOA — The School District directed students to shelter-in-place this morning, Wednesday, March 20, with all students required to remain inside buildings.     AIRWAY HEIGHTS — A local couple has been arrested on charges they abused a 7-year-old boy. Marie L. Collins, 29, and Jared E.     CHENEY — The Police Department on Tuesday, March 12, released its call statistics for February, providing an overview of incidents responded to by law enforcement here. City police recorded 621 calls for service from Tuesday, Feb.1, to Friday, March 1.
