Superintendent shares insights from legislative trip, says some cuts will happen but levy equalization OK

The Cheney School Board enjoyed a musical performance and discussed the state budget at their Feb. 24 meeting.
The meeting was held at Sunset Elementary School in Airway Heights. Principal Sean Dotson presented the “Good News” from the school, a musical performance led by music teacher Mike Horrocks.
Horrocks thanked the board, the Sunset PTO and the community for supporting the music program.
