    The Cheney High School gymnastics team is slowly improving its scores, taking third place at its Dec. 13 North Central meet. Cheney slid into third with 105.975 points, beating North Central (96.200) and Rogers (66.150) by a significant margin but coming in well under second place Central Valley and first place Mead.
