    Eastern Washington University Women's Soccer head coach George Hageage will step down from his post at the conclusion of his contract Nov. 30, 2013, announced by athletic director Bill Chaves Monday, Oct. 28.     The partial federal government shutdown hit the West Plains earlier this week at Fairchild Air Force Base, where some services were temporarily suspended due to the inaction in Washington, D.C.
