March 1

Eileen A. Smith arrested in the 12800 block of West Highway 2 for third-degree theft.

March 5

Austin A. Pickert arrested in the 12500 block of West Frank Street for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence.

March 7

Yosten Gufsag arrested in the 14300 block of West Highway 2 for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence.

Melissa L. Halvorson arrested in the 12500 block of West Sixth Avenue for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence.

Shauna D. Somes arrested in the 14300 block of West Highway 2 for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Adryona L. Daniels arrested in the 11900 block of West Sprague Avenue for first-degree driving while license suspended.

CHENEY — Police responded to the following calls for service from March 4-10:

March 4 and 5

Deborah Grall, 23, arrested for violation of a protection order via electronic messaging in the 800 block of West First Street.

Mental health crisis in the 200 block of Betz Road.

Domestic violence in the 100 block of College Hill Street.

Two women possibly stealing from business in the 2200 block of First Street. Suspects fled before police arrived.

Wallet found in the 2200 block of First Street.

Vehicle damage reported in the 1000 block of Betz Road.

Adult protective services referral for financial exploitation in the 2200 North Sixth Street.

March 6

Deborah Grall, 23, arrested for violation a protection order and residential burglary-domestic violence in the 800 block of West First Street. Grall allegedly entered the victim’s apartment and fled the scene prior to police arrival.

A baggie of methamphetamine found in a rental vehicle in the 0 block of Erie Street.

Abandoned vehicle in the 2500 block of Al Ogdon Way.

March 7

Howard Finley, 40, arrested for driving under the influence after being found unconscious in the 600 block of First Street.

Juvenile assaulted by tenant after allegedly “doorbell ditching” — repeatedly ringing the doorbell of a home — in the 1000 block of Betz Road.

Vehicle fraud in the 300 block of Erie Street.

March 8

Driver arrested by citation for driving without a license in the 2800 block of First Street.

Domestic violence in the 2200 block of Lilac Street.

Nicolas Brigman, 21,arrested for driving while under the influence in the 2800 block of First Street.

March 9

Theresa Steffens, 68, arrested for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence in the 200 block of North 11th Street.

Civil matter in the 800 block of West First Street.

Malicious mischief in the 300 block of College Avenue.

March 10

Domestic violence in the 1600 block of Fourth Street.

Carlos Herrera, 40, arrested for first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, third-degree driving while license suspended and negligent driving in the 0 block of Spokane Street.

Todd Pearson, 55, arrested for violating a domestic violence protection order in the 300 block of Erie Street.

Domestic violence on the 0 Block of Cheney Spokane Road.

Manhole left uncovered, causing a hazard for pedestrians in the 500 block of Study Lane.

Evan K. Brown, 20, was arrested for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence in the 600 block of West Seventh Street.
