The Liberty (Spangle) boys and girls basketball teams played Freeman and Colfax. The boys lost both games, 70-45 to Freeman on Dec. 18 and 56-49 to Colfax on Dec. 19. The girls bested Freeman, 49-41, but lost to Colfax, 48-42. The Liberty girls travel to Medical Lake to take on the undefeated Cardinals at 3:30 p.m. today, Dec. 28.
