AIRWAY HEIGHTS - Billie’s Diner, an up-and-coming farm-to-table eatery, is redefining the restaurant experience with a unique blend of farm-fresh ingredients, heartfelt customer engagement, and a commitment to excellence.

McKenzie DonTigny, 31, the owner of Billie’s Diner, said her passion for the community helps drive the restaurant to develop more local partnerships.

Billie’s Diner is a local farm-to-table establishment that prides itself on sourcing 70 percent of its ingredients from local farmers and ranchers.
