Ridgeline falls to Mt. Spokane

LIBERTY LAKE – The Ridgeline girls varsity soccer dropped a heartbreaking playoff loss in a shootout on Oct. 28. The Mt. Spokane Wildcats beat the Falcons 3-2.

Preslie Young struck first for Ridgeline at the 22-minute mark with Quinn Mueller on the assist, but the Wildcats bounced right back with sophomore Breanna Caul scoring for Mt. Spokane five minutes later.

The game was a hard-fought match and went into halftime tied at one point each.

Mt. Spokane did bring more offensive pressure as Ridgeline goalie Aliana Vakalaloma had to make five saves on the day whereas Mt. Spokane's Kenzi...
