Crusaders rout Lancers, 42-7

SPANGLE – The Liberty boys football team slipped another notch in the league Friday, Oct. 6, falling to No. 1 state-ranked Northwest Christian (Colbert).

The Crusaders (6-0) rolled to an easy 42-7 victory over the Lancers (2-4).

Ryan Waters led the Crusaders with two rushing touchdowns in the Northeast 2B league game.

This Friday, Oct. 13, the Lancers travel to Chewelah to play the Jenkins Cougars (2-4).

Jenkins is ranked No. 22 in state Class 2B and Liberty is No. 29.
