School of Law in 2007.

He has more than 15 years of legal experience in areas of law that are regularly heard by court commissioners including juvenile dependency, consumer debt collection, involuntary civil commitment and general probate and guardianship administration.

Scharosch is active in the Spokane community and has volunteered at a local Catholic Charities homeless shelter

serving breakfast to homeless clients once a week. In addition, he is a lifetime member of the Spokane Branch of the NAACP and serves as co-secretary of the Spokane County Bar Association’s Diversity Section.
