Soccer goals and decor to be bought
MEDICAL LAKE — The City Council voted unanimously to approve two bids — one for soccer goal modifications and one for holiday decor.
The approval came at the council’s regular meeting Aug. 15.
Resolution 23-617, awarded funds for the purchase of soccer field goals from BSN Sports, LLC. in the amount of $11,107.80.
The city required the purchase of new soccer goals due to deterioration of current soccer goals; and had previously published a request for proposals for new soccer goals.
Staff recommended awarding the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, BSN Sports, LLC, in the amount of $11,107.80.
Resolution 23-618, authorizes the purchase of a new panel tree for use at the Winter Fest celebration in 2023.
The City previously published a request for proposals for a new panel tree on July 20, 2023 and staff recommended awarding the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Holiday Outdoor Decor, in the amount of $10,235.35.
