Suspect arrested with help of Flock system

SPOKANE VALLEY — Deputies locate and arrest suspect on charges of third-degree malicious mischief and fourth-degree assault with help of Flock surveillance systems on Aug. 10.

Deputies responded to a domestic violence call in the 10900 block of East Sinto Avenue, developed probable cause to charge and arrest the suspect, Anthony J. Sarquilla, 47, according to a Valley Police Department press release.

The suspect left the scene prior to their arrival, and attempts to locate him were unsuccessful. The license plate was entered into the Flock system, noting probable cause existed for the suspect’s arrest, the release said.

Later in the evening, a Flock alert showed the vehicle was captured by a camera going westbound on West Trails Road near North Flint Road.

Soon after, the unoccupied vehicle was located at the casino by Kalispel Tribal Police. The suspect was located, positively identified, and later arrested.
