Joaquien E. Vasquez, 59, cited for public urination at 2300 Block of First Street.

15 year-old arrested for second-degree assault at 10 Block of West Second Street.

Elias Carrero Ramos, 27, summonsed through the court for order of protection violation at 100 Block of Betz Road.
