SPRAGUE – A whippet named Charmander, a German Shephard named Reece, and a collie named Gracie took home the top three spots in the disc dog competition held at The Viking Drive in at 209 E. 4th on Saturday July 22.

The wind was a major factor, so the pups had to work a little harder for points. So did their owners to keep the discs in bounds during throws.

The dogs score points by catching as many throws as possible with each round lasting one minute. Each dog gets to run two rounds along the scoring grid.
