Man arrested for public indecency and urination

SPOKANE VALLEY — A man has been arrested for indecent exposure and providing false information to police on May 30 and is now in Spokane County Jail with a $250 bond.
Billy M. Welliver, 44, after Spokane Valley Deputies responded to the report of a male urinating on the side of a business located in the 700 block of North Sullivan Road.
The caller said the male refused to leave and had exposed himself in front of an adult female employee.
Deputies contacted Welliver on the west side of the building and he denied urinating in public or using narcotics.
