For the Cardinals, freshman Isabel Barry and senior Emily Sorey each had two hits out of the eight total for Medical Lake.

Barry's both came on doubles, while Sorey had one for extra bases.

Other hits came from Sabatino, Armes, White and Ornelas.

Deer Park had 12 hits, with Brooklyn Dryden going 4-for-4 with 5 RBIs and two doubles. Sammy Fausti also had two doubles for the Stags.

Medical Lake had 6 errors, while Deer Park had 1.

Barry and Sorey took turns on the mound in the loss.

Medical Lake (1-2, 4-3) is on spring break; the Cardinals return to the field April 12 at Freeman.
