CHENEY — The City Council heard a presentation from Spokane Transit about their Connect 2035 10-year strategic plan for Cheney transit during a regular meeting March 28.
The strategic plan includes two primary phases, the first of which was completed in late 2022. Phase one involved community engagement which helped the transit authority to revise its goals and plans for Cheney’s needs.
