SPOKANE — A former resident who had previously been arrested several times for violating orders of protection was arrested in Spokane on March 21 on charges of child rape and molestation, possession of explicit depictions of a minor, and second-degree assault.
Morey, man 46, is currently in the Spokane County jail on a total bond of $100,000, and is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment on April 4.
