AIRWAY HEIGHTS — A local man awaits sentencing on charges of third-degree rape of a child and second-degree child molestation at the Spokane County jail without the option of bond, according to court documents.

Mardy A.A. Moreno, man 31, is currently awaiting sentencing on April 19, 2023, for crimes that occurred over several years in Airway Heights, according to a press release issued by the Airway Heights police department.
