MORGANITE LLC, a Washington limited liability Company; DIAMOND ROCK FINANCIAL, LLC, and ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN, Defendants.

The State of Washington to the said: ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN,

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 2nd day of March, 2023, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the amended complaint of the plaintiff BUILDING 169 CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, a Washington non-profit corporation, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff BUILDING 169 CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, a Washington non-profit corporation, at their offices below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the amended complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

BUILDING 169 CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, a Washington non-profit corporation, is foreclosing its interest under the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Reservations for Building 169 Condominiums that encumber certain real property located in Spokane County, Washington, vested in the name of MORGANITE LLC, for the nonpayment of condominium assessments. The Amended Complaint seeks: (1) a decree of foreclosure against MORGANITE LLC and all other Defendants named in the Amended Complaint foreclosing their interest in the subject real property; (2) a money judgment against MORGANITE LLC for the assessments due plus attorneys’ fees and costs; and (3) other relief as deemed proper by the Court.
