Third-degree malicious mischief. 200 Block Presley Dr. Damaged: graffiti on park restrooms

Third-degree theft-from vehicle. 200 Block S. Cheney-Spangle Rd. Stolen: tools

Second-degree malicious mischief. 100 Block A St. Damaged: vehicle gas tank drilled to drain gasoline

Attempted extortion (online scam). 100 Block N. 8th St.

Abandoned auto. 300 Block Erie St. Impounded: white 1998 Pontiac Grand Am

Theft of vehicle. 0 Block N. 7th St. Stolen: 2017 Toyota Corolla, had been recovered on 2-11-23 by WSP before being reported as stolen (single vehicle collision)

DUI (vehicle vs. 2 parked vehicles collision). 200 Block W. 5th St. Arrested: Brock D. Shepard, 52 year old male
