Blackhawk Ridge plat approved

CHENEY— After three months of working out technicalities, the City Council passed a modified proposal for the Blackhawk Ridge Preliminary Plat granting 34 homes and an unplatted 2.4 acres south of the development.

The proposed plat was the subject of a workshop with developer Steve Emtman and Public Works Director Todd Ableman, following new questions and concerns presented by the community, the Planning Commission and the council.

Per Ableman’s presentation, the proposed preliminary plat aligns with municipal code requirements.
