The Cheney Parks and Recreation Department is partnering with Spokane Parks Foundation to host free drowning prevention clinics this summer at the Eastern Washington University pool. The classes take place June 25, July 9, and July 30 from noon to 3 p.m. They are open to all ages. Attendees must bring a swimsuit and towel.
