CHENEY – The area saw a small snowstorm move into the area with minimal accumulation. The roads became very slick however as the snow packed onto already wet roads. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration showed the West Plains only receiving trace amounts of snow with up to an inch in some areas. The area is expected see more snow this weekend. Here is the one week forecast for Cheney.

There is a slight chance of snow (20%) in the area after 10 a.m. and skies will be partly sunny, with a high of 34. Ten mile per hour winds will come into the area from the southwest...
