New food and gaming areas added
AIRWAY HEIGHTS — The Spokane Tribe Casino recently completed a 20,000-square-foot expansion along U.S. Highway 2.
This $30 million expansion doubles the size of the current casino floor and consists of gaming areas, such as sports betting, poker, dining and non-smoking gaming, officials said.
In addition, there will be more table games and more than 300 slot machines, officials said.
Due to recent federal approval, sports betting games are now allowed in tribal locations.
The new sports betting area will be connected to the Grill, replacing the Whaluks bar.
