GEIGER HEIGHTS -- Washington State Patrol is reporting a three-vehicle collision that is partially blocking several lanes on Interstate 90 near milepost 274, three miles west of Spokane. The accident occurred at 8:21 a.m.

Two vehicles and a jack-knifed semi were involved and the semi is laying on its side. No estimated time for reopening all lanes has been given.
