Spokane County Clerk Tim Fitzgerald administers the oath of office for 6th District Rep. Jenny Graham, R-Spokane at the Spokane County Public Works Building - an official event that usually takes place in Olympia but due to COVID-19 restrictions was performed at city and county court houses around the state. In a news release, Graham - who is beginning her second term and has had COVID-19 - said, "Now, more than ever, we're going to have to get creative to find solutions and keep people engaged in a legislative process that has been reduced to online meetings, ZOOM calls and text messages."
