Feb. 10
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 700 block of West 1st Street.
Michonda P. O’Brien, 36, was arrested on the 900 block of 1st Street on a Spokane Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) charges.
Keys were found somewhere in Cheney and turned in to the police station.
Joseph M. Porter, 19, was arrested on the 1700 block of 1st Street on a Spokane County warrant for failure to appear on second-degree rape charges.
