Spokane County Sheriff's office investigators examine the scene of a head-on collision Tuesday morning on Medical Lake Four Lakes Road that sent one individual to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Units from the Spokane County Sheriff's Office, Spokane County Fire District 3 and American Medical Response responded to a serious, two-car head-on collision at approximately the 14500 block of Medical Lake Four Lakes Road between Craig and Medifor roads, at approximately 7:15 a.m. on Tuesday.
According to SCSO Dep. Mark Gregory, deputies received a call of a Silverado pickup truck traveling eastbound that crossed over the center-line and collided with a Suburban traveling west.
