Nolan F. Atoa, 20, was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence on the 2400 block of University Lane. He was also arrested Cheney Municipal Court warrants for theft and liquor law violations.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 400 block of First Street. A cellphone with headphones was taken.
Police responded to a domestic violence call on the 800 block of West First Street. While at the residence, it was determined one of the individuals involved had outstanding warrants. Police arrested Isaiah A. Hayes, 20, on a warrant for driving under the age of 21 while consuming alcohol or marijuana.
Dylan J. Douthitt, 24, was arrested on a local warrant for assault/domestic violence on the 2200 block of First Street.

Second-degree assault was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
A 14-year-old male was arrested for fourth-degree assault at Westwood Middle School.
Second-degree theft was reported at Westwood Middle School. A cellphone was taken.
Trespassing was reported on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road.
Feb. 23
Jordan C. Trujillo, 22, and Mitchell K.R. Ball, 21, were arrested for a nuisance code violation/loud party on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Jeremy A. Bill, 29, was arrested at Cheney Municipal Court on a court commitment for an outstanding minor in possession charge out of Medical Lake.
Second-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. There was damage to a car.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. License plates were stolen from a vehicle while license plates from Western Washington were recovered.
Feb. 24
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. There was graffiti.
Two 14-year-old males were arrested at Cheney High School on bench warrants out of Spokane Superior Court, Juvenile Court Department.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1100 block of Oakland Street. There was damage to a vehicle.
Taking motor vehicle without owner’s permission was reported on the 500 block of Patterson Street. The vehicle was a 2003 Isuzu Axiom.
Possible harassment was reported on the 2400 block of Cheney-Spokane Road.

Christian B. Cazares, 21, was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane.
Morgan S.W. Byrd, 22, was arrested on the 700 block of West First Street on a local warrant for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS), along with three other warrants from Spokane County.
Mason V. Chalfant, 21, Jacob S. Hvass, 21, and Keegan T. Otness, 21, were arrested for a nuisance code violation/loud party on the 300 block of Sixth Street.
