As if a heavy weekend snowfall and the first day of classes wasn't enough to snarl traffic, drivers coming into Cheney Monday morning also had to wait 10-12 minutes for a slow moving BNSF grain train (left) to pass, lining up cars, buses and trucks in either direction on State Route 904 and on Betz Road.
