Eastern vs. Youngstown State: Turning Point

This 3rd quarter sequence shows a play that may have changed the outcome of Saturday's semifinal round game won by Youngstown State on the game's final play. With Eastern leading 31-20 and driving for a possible deciding score, YSU's Billy Hurst took advantage of tipped ball that bounced high and was ultimately intercepted. The Penguins turned the "pick" into a fourth-quarter touchdown, part of a 20-7 edge the visitors used to claim the win and a berth in the national title game, Jan. 7 in Frisco, Texas versus James Madison.
