Jorge L. “Sandy” Santiago, 70, passed away Nov. 3, 2016 at his home in Cheney.
Jorge was a retired master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force and worked for the State of Washington Military Department.
He is survived by his children, Tina Santiago, Lou Santiago and Ben Santiago. A memorial service was held Wednesday, Nov. 9, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Cheney. Cheney Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements....
