Food drive for Medical Lake

October is a month where the Medical Lake Food Bank receives less food donations during the year.

That’s why the food bank is partnering with the Washington State Combined Fund Drive Campaign, Eastern State Hospital and Washington State Employees Credit Union for the first Medical Lake Community Food Drive, which runs from Oct. 1-15.

The food drive is a spin off from the “Everybody Eats” campaign, which was started in 2014 by Kevin Quigley, former Washington State Department of Social and Health Services Secretary, and the Washington State Combined Fund Drive.
