Cheney High School teacher and coaching legend, Tom Oswald, passed away from cancer. Oswald was an iconic member of the state’s high school coaching community, compiling 167 wins, a winning percentage of .641 and taking 16 teams to the playoffs during his 27 years as a head football coach, 25 of them with Cheney.
