Three Cheney High School graduates crashed a truck 120 feet down a mountain in Montana, leaving one man, 21-year-old Aaron Rockey, with three broken vertebrae, a broken shoulder and some broken ribs.
In American Legion baseball, Medical Lake was trailing by one in their last at-bat at Cheney. Medical Lake scored twice for a 6-5 victory, breaking a seven game losing streak for the Cardinals.
