Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 500 block of First Street.
Joshua R. Gowdin, 32, was arrested for third-degree theft/shoplifting on the 100 block of West First Street.
Rape was reported to the Eastern Washington University Police at the Red Barn. The incident occurred in September 2014.

Michael L. Smithers, 28, was arrested for third-degree theft/shoplifting on the 100 block of West First Street.
Identity theft was reported on the 3000 block of Silverthorne Lane.
