StageWest Community Theatre is holding a Reader Theatre program of “Miracle on 34th Street,” complete with live sound effects directed by Kathleen Bell. This has been adapted from the original Lux Radio Program from Dec. 20, 1948.
StageWest has several new actors participating in the production: Carol Kriegh, Keaton Mitchell and Skyler Wachtel. Program times are Friday Dec. 4 and Dec. 11 at 7 p.m., Saturday Dec. 5 at 7 p.m., Sunday Dec. 6 and Dec. 13 at 3 p.m. and a special dinner theatre on Saturday Dec. 12 at 6 p.m.
Dinner theatre is by reservation only and reservations must be made by Friday Dec. 11. The dinner is being catered by Mike Hartman.
Ticket prices are adults $12, seniors $10, students with valid school ID $5 and dinner theatre is $30 per person. All performances will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 639 Elm St. in Cheney.
