The good news keeps coming for the Spokane Tribe Economic Project (STEP).
In a news release, the Spokane Tribe of Indians announced they had signed a letter of intent with HRHH IP, LLC (Hard Rock Hotel Holdings, LLC) to bring the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino facility to its proposed mixed-use entertainment development, located off Highway 2 and Craig Road near Spoko Fuel in Airway Heights. In addition to the casino, the site will feature a tribal cultural center and a police and fire station. Financial agreements for the deal were not disclosed in the news release.
