Police search for Cheney runaway

The Cheney Police Department is asking the public for any information on the whereabouts of a 15-year-old female who ran away from her Cheney home at approximately 7:30 p.m., Nov. 27.

Jacquelynne Rose Doucette has run away on several prior occasions, but she has never stayed away from home this long or gone without contacting family members. She was last seen (on video surveillance) in the Cheney area visiting an arcade on Friday, Nov. 28 at 11 a.m. She may have also been spotted in Airway Heights later that day and into early evening asking shoppers for money.

Doucette has developmental limitations and has some emotional disabilities, and she takes medication to address her issues. However, she has not had her medications since her departure on Nov. 27.

Doucette is described as a white female, 4 feet, 8 inches tall, 98 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket with a hood and a white fur collar, blue jeans, and pink tennis shoes with purple polka dots.

If you have any information that may lead to locating Jacquelynne, please contact the Cheney Police Department, 215 G Street, Cheney, WA 99004. You may also call Sgt. Rick Beghtol at 498-9282 or after 5 p.m. dispatch at 535-9233.
