CHENEY

Oct. 20

James W. Earl, 29, was arrested on the 700 block of West Fifth Street for violating a no-contact order.

A vehicle stolen on the 2200 block of First Street was recovered.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 700 block of West First Street. Prescription medications were stolen.

A runaway juvenile was reported at Cheney High School. Student was eventually found.

Police took a report of filing a false report in an incident that occurred Sept. 23 at Cheney High School. The incident is being handled internally at the school.

Mutual combat was reported on the 700 block of Betz Road.

A green bicycle was found on the 700 block of Betz Road.

Cole A. Telin, 19, was arrested for unlawfully obtaining someone else’s false identification.

Oct. 23

Andreas M. Fields, 19, was arrested for third-degree theft/shoplifting on the 2700 block of First Street.

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 700 block of West First Street.

Oct. 24

A two-car collision resulting in injury occurred on the 2400 block of North Sixth Street.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 700 block of West First Street. There was damage to personal property related to an ongoing divorce settlement.

Jennifer R. Arne, 21, was arrested for having a loud party on the 1000 block of Third Street.

A 13-year-old female and an 11-year-old male were arrested for third-degree theft/shoplifting on the 100 block of West First Street.

Oct. 25

Suspicious circumstances/possible child abuse was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street.

Cheney Police Department assisted the Washington State Patrol with a driving under the influence (DUI) stop on the 100 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.

Oct. 26

Third-degree theft was reported on the 3100 block of Meadow Glen. A watch was taken from a vehicle.

Oct. 27

A 15-year-old male was arrested for third-degree theft/shoplifting on the 100 block of West First Street.

MEDICAL LAKE

Oct. 20

A suicidal subject was reported on the 500 block of East Percival Street.

Domestic violence was reported on the 500 block of East Campbell Street.

A threat was reported on the 500 block of North Staples Street.

Oct. 21

A suicidal subject was reported on the 100 block of South Jefferson Street.

A two-vehicle collision was reported on West Brooks Road and North Lefevre Street. No injuries were reported. One of the drivers was cited for failure to yield right-of-way.

A juvenile was arrested on the 500 block of North Brower Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Oct. 23

Gary B. Ault, 29, was arrested on the 800 block of West Maple Street for second-degree burglary.

Domestic violence was reported on the 500 block of East Campbell Street.

Richard C. James, 19, was arrested on South Hallett Street and East Campbell Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence, malicious mischief/domestic violence and possession of marijuana/being under the age of 21.

Oct 24

A fight was reported on the 200 block of East State Route 902.

Oct. 26

Harassment was reported on East Barker Street and North Walker Street.

Oct. 22

A hit-and-run accident with injuries was reported on Lawson Street and 13th Avenue.

A juvenile runaway was reported on the 300 block of South Aspen Street.

A code violation was reported on the 12500 block of West Second Avenue.

Officers took a report of an agency assistance regarding an adult protective services referral on the 700 block of South Easy Street.

Oct. 23

A suicidal subject was reported on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue.

Lost property was reported on the 1600 block of Deer Heights Road.

Oct. 24

A suicidal subject was reported on the 300 block of South Aspen Street.

Kyle D. Jeanotte, 32, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Dale S. Johnson, 51, was arrested on Highway 2 and Ziegler Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).

Second-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of South Hayford Road.

Kerri R. Ferguson, 25, was arrested on Highway 2 and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.

Colton M. Folsom, 22, was arrested on Hayford Road and 12th Avenue for possession of a stolen motor vehicle, attempting to elude pursuing police vehicle and third-degree DWLS.

Jamie L. Koontz, 26, was arrested on Campbell Street and 21st Avenue for third-degree DWLS.

Oct. 25

Kevin R. Boler, 46, was arrested on Highway 2 and Hazelwood Road for third-degree DWLS.

A vehicle theft was reported on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue.

Oct. 26

Officers took an informational report of a man falling down the stairs on the 500 block of South Easy Street.

Christina B. Schwartzenberger, 36, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Michael D. Johnson, 51, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Suspicious circumstances/attempted child luring was reported on 12th Avenue and Lawson Street.

David W. Boissoneau, 33, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge.

Oct. 27

Kayla A. Thompkins, 24, was arrested on Hayford Road and Northern Quest Drive for third-degree DWLS.

Yo B. Song, 58, was arrested on the 12500 block of West Highway 2 for a domestic violence no contact order violation.

A traffic accident with damages was reported on Highway 2 and Garfield Road.

A mental subject was reported on the 12700 block of West Powder Court.

Incidents of second-degree malicious mischief and third-degree theft were reported on the 12700 block of West Highway 2.

Oct. 28

A code violation was reported on the 1000 block of South Aspen Street.
