CHENEY
April 25
A 15-year-old female and a 16-year-old female were arrested for second-degree theft at Cheney High School following an investigation of an April 22 report of theft of cell phones.
April 28
A suspicious circumstance was reported at Cheney High School. A post-it note was found in the restroom with threat references against the school. The school was researched and nothing was found.
Cheney Police Department assisted Child Protective Services on the 200 block of South Cheney Spangle Road with placing of a child.
April 29
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 100 block of Pinecrest Lane.
Lost property was reported on the 100 block of Ninth Street. A passport was lost.
Steven B. Anderson, 33, was arrested on the 2200 block of First Street for third-degree driving while license suspended/revoked (DWLS).
April 30
Obstructing was reported on the 400 block of Annie Place.
There was a report of kids with a handgun on the 2300 block of First Street. It was a replica BB gun.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 600 block of Elm Street. Prescription medication was taken.
Two 16-year-old males were arrested for third-degree theft and minor in possession at Cheney Trading Company.
May 1
A neighborhood dispute was reported on the 1000 block of First Street.
Matthew S. Fortmeyer, 38, was arrested at Cheney Municipal Court for theft.
May 2
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 700 block of Villard Street. Cars were damaged.
May 3
Shaquille B. Hill, 20, was arrested for fourth-degree assault on the 400 block of First Street.
May 4
A mental health issue was reported on the 900 block of Summit Drive. The subject was involuntarily committed.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.
Carrie L. Nielson, 29, was arrested on the 2100 block of First Street for felony possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamines. Also arrested was Ryan L. Bowser, 31, for third-degree DWLS and on a Spokane Municipal Court warrant for reckless driving.
MEDICAL LAKE
April 28
Assault was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.
April 29
Domestic violence was reported on the 300 block of East Barker Street.
April 30
Juvenile runaway was reported on the 500 block of North Brower Street. The juvenile has not returned home.
Domestic violence was reported on the 200 block of South Lefevre Street. A juvenile was arrested for assault and malicious mischief.
May 3
A person with a weapon was reported on the zero hundred block of West Medical Lake Road. Officers made contact with all parties involved and the victim did not press charges.
May 4
Theft was reported on the 800 block of West Maple Street. A Washington state EBT card was stolen.
AIRWAY HEIGHTS
April 30
A code violation was reported on the 13200 block of West 13th Avenue.
Joshua P. Thompson, 32, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device and third-degree DWLS.
Joshua A. Hardy, 31, was arrested on the 100 block of North Hayford Road for first-degree criminal trespass.
A suicidal subject was reported on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue
A recovered stolen vehicle was reported on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Stacy S. Milner, 33, was arrested on the 100 block of Hayford Road on a warrant for third-degree DWLS.
Fraud was reported on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Amanda L. Willis, 25, was arrested on Highway 2 and Lawson Street for third-degree DWLS.
May 1
Darnell J. Ginn, 41, was arrested on the 100 block of North Hayford Road for obstructing and reckless driving.
Cheyenne L. Scott, 20, was arrested on Highway 2 and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
Kyle A. Evans, 21, was arrested at Airway Heights Municipal Court on a warrant for failure to appear on a third-degree DWLS charge.
Susan D. Wilkins, 37, was arrested on the 11900 block of West Sprague Avenue for third-degree DWLS.
Matthew P. Maffia, 36, was arrested on 10th Avenue and Salish Court on a warrant for Department of Corrections escape.
Chelsey A. MacConkey, 29, was arrested on the 100 block of Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
May 2
Mark E. Webb, 52, was arrested on the 22000 block of West McFarlane Road for three counts of assault.
Jonathan W. McElfish, 46, was arrested on the 100 block of North Hayford Road for fourth-degree assault.
Kevin H. Bates, 44, was arrested on Highway 2 and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
A juvenile runaway was reported on the 12400 block of West First Street.
May 3
Fourth-degree assault was reported at Sunset Park.
A domestic dispute was reported on the 2000 block of South Craig Road.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
A domestic dispute was reported on the 12500 block of West Frank Street.
Makayla L. Ellis, 22, was arrested on Lawson Street and 15th Avenue for third-degree DWLS.
A traffic accident with damages was reported on Highway 2 and Hayford Road.
Found property was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

Jason R. Clary, 36, was arrested on Highway 2 and Lawson Street for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs.
