    SPOKANE - Protesters are expected to pack the parking lot of the Liquor and Cannabis Board office at 11:45 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, to rally for restaurants and taverns trying to keep indoor table service - and their businesses - open. The peaceful protest being organized by Caleb Collier of Spokane Valley will take place in the parking lot at 1303 W.     Dennis Albert Hanks passed away at his home in Cheney on December 26th, 2020. Dennis was born to Albert Lorenzo Hanks and Ethyl Francis Oviatt in Wessington Springs, ND on December 6th, 1950.
