    CHENEY – Former women’s soccer coach Chad Bodnar is suing Eastern Washington University for $5 million for alleged discrimination against the female athletics program.     CHENEY – It’s Christmas week and there will be some slight changes to regular scheduled city services like trash collection and recycling. City offices and the Cheney Recycle Center will be closed Friday, Dec. 24 and 31, in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. The recycle center will also be closed Saturday, Dec. 25 and Saturday, Jan. 1.     MEDICAL LAKE – The tenants of a local apartment complex have been without water for a week. According to Silver Lake Apartments resident Lindsey Kelly, a lack of water during the recent winter whether is making things difficult. Kelly said the owner has had multiple companies coming out to address the issue, but it has not been fixed by any involved parties, so far.
