    SPOKANE – Drivers who use the loop on-ramp to eastbound Interstate 90 at the Geiger/Grove Road interchange, will need to find alternate routes during an upcoming four-week closure of the loop on-ramp. The loop on-ramp closure to eastbound I-90 began Wednesday, Aug. 4, and continues through Wednesday, Sept. 1.
