    Tom Webb has been promoted to associate head coach with the Eastern Washington University women's basketball team, as announced by head coach Wendy Schuller on July 25. He has helped Schuller begin to turn the program around the past three years, as evidenced by two seasons with a winning percentage of .450 or better.
