GREENACRES – The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an ultralight aircraft appearing to have mechanical issues over the city on Dec. 23.
At about 4:30 p.m. a caller reported the aircraft under control, but descending with apparent engine problems, the Sheriff’s Office reported.
Deputies later located the pilot as part of a welfare check; the Sheriff’s Office has yet to release his name even though its public record....
