Nyffler remails in jail with a bond set at $2,500 by Spokane County Superior Court Judge, M. Szambelan. Lorrekovich was released by Judge Szambelan on her own recognizance on November 11, at approximately 1045pm.

November 10th, approximately 10:15 pm, Deputies responded to reports of a fight involving a knife at 15600 block of E. 4th.

The second male had Lacerations around his hands. Both victims received medical attention and both are stable.

A K9 Unit and unmanned drone were deployed to locate the suspects. The K9 Unit track landed in front of the apartment building where suspects were soon found, both were detailed and pending the investigation.

Based off of evidence and witness claims. Nyffler had gotten into an altercation with one of the victims, but had soon deescalated.

A little later, the victim was once again outside and noticed Nyffler standing near 4th and Sullivan, holding what seemed to be a sword. Lorrekovich had incited the situation, saying to Nyffler “Why didn’t you hit him with it?” referring to the sword.

As this behavior continued, Nyffler approached the victim swinging the sword around like a baseball bat.

Records show Nyffler struck the victim multiple times in the hands, arms, lower back, and head. Now that the victim was on the ground, Nyffler and Lorrekovich kicked him in the head and face reports show.

The second victim came in when he saw his friend; he jumped into the fight and took the sword away, suffering cuts in his hands.
