Paul and Gerri Barthelmes purchased their property at 1001 Summit 33 years ago, for the view. Now, a mighty eagle perches at the entrance to their lovely yard, a symbol of nearby Eastern Washington University, America and the Air Force where Paul served. Gardeners of Cheney, Kiwanis, and Jarm's Ace Hardware are delighted to award this beautiful yard Cheney's Yard of the Month for May.
